Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process your order before shipment. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–18 business days

  • Australia: 7–18 business days

  • Canada: 7–18 business days

  • Europe (most countries): 7–18 business days

  • Rest of the World: 14–20 business days

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, and remote locations may take longer.

Shipping Costs

  • United States: Free shipping on orders of $45 or more.

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Carriers

U.S. orders are shipped through DHL or USPS. International orders are shipped via trusted carriers depending on location.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, duties, or taxes once they arrive in your country. HiFit is not responsible for any additional charges, delays, or seizures caused by customs. Please check your local customs policies before placing an order.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@hifit.com.

We may ask for photos of the product and packaging to help resolve the issue quickly.

If your package is lost by the carrier, we will do our best to assist, but ultimately lost packages are the responsibility of the shipping provider.
